Went out at lunch today to grab my groupon haircut so I thought I'd share it with you all. What do you reckon? I essentially have a fringe for the first time ever, although I am pulling it to the side a bit... You like? Am I on trend?
Fab and well done for picking up the courage to go for the chop! My hair is all one length (like the Jennifer cut!) and I keep thinking - should I get a fringe cut in??? But I always chicken out!
Can I ask - do you think having the fringe now makes you look younger? I have heard a few people say it does! My only worry is - if I don't like it, I know how awful it is trying to grow it out - the in-between stage being the worst! Are you going to keep your fring or let it grow out. I would love some advice! I think your fringe looks lovely - fringes are supposed to be 'in' at the mo!
My hairdresser said it made me look younger and I have many compliments about the 'do' but mainly that it looks like it has more volume and interest now. I think it's worth going for, if you don't get it too short, you can always sweep it to the sides as well as having it over your forehead, that's what I've been doing with mine - mixing it up.
Thanks for the advice - I think I might go for it! I have had the same hairstyle for years so maybe a change will do me good - new year - new me! I think I'll browse some mags and the web for some styles so I can show the hair dresser. I am due my roots done now so maybe it is a good time! Watch this space!
